With up to $50,000 available to invest in their personal and professional development (not in their organisation or initiative) individuals receive a rare opportunity build on their experience, passion and potential to deliver extraordinary outcomes as they work towards creating a better future for all Australians.

Each Fellowship is completely tailored to the individual. So, whether the focus is on expanding networks, exploring global best practices or building leadership capacity, you'll go on a journey of discovery that’s as unique as you are.

Westpac Social Change Fellows receive:
